What you’ll be doing:

- Keeping our customers happy by handling incoming

customer support queries via mail, phone, or video.

- Helping our customers troubleshoot and improve their

systems.

- Carrying out remote installation of Princh software for

our customers.

- Collecting our customers feedback and pass it along to

our development team.

- Contributing to the development of the support function

so that it’ll always be tailored to Princh’s and our customers’

needs.

- Coordinating with the Princh sales and marketing teams.

 

What we ask of you:

You appreciate and take pride in giving all customers

the best experience possible – even when

it’s hard and the customer is being difficult!

 

You are outgoing, socially intelligent, patient and

a strong communicator. In addition, it is crucial

that you are tech savvy and a quick study! If you

have experience supporting IT users - preferably

via remote control tools such as Teamviewer,

that would be a definite plus! Additionally we

expect you to have a positive mind and be a

team player.

 

It is essential that you master English on a high

level both in writing and orally. It would be an

advantage if you know Swedish or Norwegian as

well. Presumably you have a technical education

e.g. IT-supporter or something similar and perhaps

experience from a similar position.
