The position

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for operational planning process for the bulk production area. You will be leading the work in developing productions plans and ensuring that our products are delivered timely in order to meet customer’s demand. Your overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning while continuously improving the supply chain. It is expected that you have interest in understanding the bulk tablets process and being able to combine this knowledge with your supply chain expertise to ensure best possible operational plan. Moreover, you will work to ensure that quality is high, and that our processes are in compliance.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Coordination for release of products with QA to allow timely shipments
  • Ensuring that raw materials and API are ready for production and monitoring the bulk inventories
  • Coordinating test activities for future products also in close collaboration with production, manufacturing development and sourcing operation.
  • Change request (CR) and Deviation (DV) handling
  • Direct contact with our production sides in the US, Japan, Måløv and Kalundborg
  • As a team we are growing and continuously striving towards improving our processes. We therefore encourage innovative ideas and engagement in this area too.

    Qualifications

    In order to be considered for this position, we would like you to:

  • hold a degree (ideally at least a Bachelor) within a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant field) or if you don’t have an academic degree, a significant experience within Supply Chain,
  • have a previous experience in/or knowledge of supply chain ideally within a GMP environment or any other highly regulated industry (e.g. food industry)
  • be familiar with SAP APO and ECC or any other similar system.
  • be fluent in English (both written and spoken) at a professional level.
  • As a person you a positive mind-set and are open towards other people, new ideas and change. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines.     About the department

    You will be working in a dynamic Business Support team with 20 other dedicated colleagues in Måløv. The department’s primary objective is to support OFP in developing and improving the infrastructure within the organisation. This is pursued via responsibilities ranging from business analysis, finance & reporting, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), supply chain planning and investment projects.

    You will be joining the logistics team and be working alongside 5 other colleagues dedicated to supply chain planning.
