If yes, then you are Novo Nordisk Pharmatech’s next Supply Manager.
The postion
You will be a part of driving sourcing projects to establish new supply chains and implement new process aids as NNPR launches new products into the market and you are expected to establish strong relationships with external suppliers to secure timely supply of process aids for current productions. You will work closely with our experts in manufacturing to ensure that the different process aids that we source leave up to our requirements and be in charge of handling the documentation that supports it.
Striving for continuous improvement, you will be responsible for optimizing the process of managing this type of materials, for example: replenishing strategies, utilization of our systems for processing the purchases and documentation flows.
In essence, this is a job with a high degree of independence and where results are achieved through collaboration with your stakeholders.
About the department
Supply chain is a dynamic and international team of 10 engaged colleagues. The team is responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging materials and processes aids needed for producing our current and future portfolio of products. Furthermore, we are also in charge of preparing the production plan and overseeing the indirect spend of the company. Our goal is to keep developing the company’s Supply Chain to be more robust, effective and efficient while ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
• You have an MSc in Supply Chain management or similar field, supplemented with a proven track record within the supply chain management field.
• You are a high performer with drive, and have proven skills within stakeholder management, commercial drive, communication and presentation.
• You have a strong analytical mind-set – both in terms of data and processes.
• As you will be working in a GMP environment, it is important that you are quality-conscious and preferably you have experience with quality management systems and are familiar with change request / deviation handling.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage; fluency in English is a prerequisite.
Apart from that, you have excellent IT skills and working with Excel and PowerPoint is a natural part of your workday.
On a personal level, you communicate effectively, meet deadlines and approach tasks in a structured way. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust amongst colleagues and partners. Last but not least you have a positive attitude towards challenges and see continuous improvement as a natural part of your job.
