in Inbound Supply Management

Then you could be our new Supply Planner.
The Position
Your primary responsibility will be inventory and order management of raw materials (Process Aids) to our global manufacturing sites.
You will be:
* Responsible for specific items, ensuring their delivery to the production teams, on time and in full.
* Frequently communicating with our consuming departments, production sites and suppliers.
* Monitoring inventory levels, prioritising needs from production, placing purchase orders and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders to secure the availability of materials.

Qualifications
* A graduate degree (MSc) in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of Purchasing or Supply Chain, Process Optimisation experience.
* Familiarity with SAP, OMP and Excel will be an advantage.
* A high performer with a solid analytical mindset and structured approach to both data and processes.
* Strong stakeholder, coordination and communication skills.

You work independently, and you like a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities while managing deadlines. You thrive in an international environment and with people of diverse backgrounds.
About the department
The Inbound Supply Management (ISM) department is part of the Sourcing Operations (SoOp) function, responsible for planning, purchasing, distributing, and warehousing thousands of materials to support Novo Nordisk production worldwide. Our common goal is to ensure the reliable and compliant supply of quality products at a competitive cost.
You will join a team of 9 employees responsible for driving and optimising the inbound supply chain of Raw Materials, Excipients and Process Aids on an operational level, encouraging a more robust, effective and efficient service to our clients.
