Support and Scrum Master

Then you might be our new Support and Scrum Master on team Bizzkit at Hesehus.

As Support and Scrum master on team Bizzkit, you will have the key role in creating the best framework for our product development team. You will help manage our backlog and facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. You will also be responsible for finding and addressing any obstacles to the team's progress.
You will become a part of an international team where we communicate in English on a daily basis. The team consists of colleagues from Brazil, Sweden, The Netherlands, Bosnia, Indonesia and Denmark. The development team consists of 12 dedicated employees, but as Bizzkit covers software development, product management, sales and marketing, there are many other skilled colleagues you will be working closely with.

Your primary tasks:

Your tasks will be divided into two main areas, respectively as a Scrum Master at Bizzkit and as a technical advisor for our partners in Denmark and Sweden.​

Scrum Master:

  • Support the current implementation of Scrum across our core team and feature team and implement new initiatives that increase productivity and quality.
  • Ensure that we identify and deal with any obstacles in the collaboration both internally in the team and with external stakeholders, so that the development team can deliver the agreed scope for the sprint.
  • In close collaboration with the Product Manager and other stakeholders in the organization, it will be your responsibility to ensure the quality of the backlog and that it, at all times, is in accordance with the established roadmap.
  • Continuously visualize the team´s activity and progress on boards in Jira, as well as in status reports to the steering group.

Technical advisor:

  • Provide advice and support to our Solution Partners.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in our product suite, including having a good understanding of the possibilities in our APIs and helping to find good solutions to any challenges.
  • Understand and process incoming platform feature requests and bug reports. This includes ensuring that our Solution Partners provide adequate information and are updated on progress and priorities so that tasks can be prioritized correctly and groomed for development.
  • Help to create our FAQ based on input from our Solution Partners.

Who are you?  

It is important that you are technically oriented and have a good understanding of software development processes. We expect you to have completed a relevant IT professional education and have a few years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar.

You are used to working in an agile environment and have the discipline to prioritize your time. You know how important it is to have control over processes and structure, and you take pride in being an expert on the products you work with. Your professional bias means that you are not afraid to set expectations for your team and to say no when necessary. Ideally you are equipped with a service minded spirit, it is definitely an advantage as the position involves a great deal of contact with different stakeholders.

If you have experience with Jira and Confluence, it is a big plus as we use Atlassian tools.

You are a team player, self driven who thrives within an ambitious and fast paced environment where multitasking is a necessity. You are proactive, inquisitive and last but not least, you command English effortlessly, both in writing and in speech as it will play a big part during your day working within an international team.
