The Nordic Consumer Engagement Service team is a successful team within Nestlé and is the first point of contact for our Nordic consumers. We support and engage on all touchpoints on various topics related to all our Nestlé Nordics Brands. Our passion is our consumers and to support them in their everyday life.

In this role, you will act as primary contact point towards our Swedish and Finnish consumers who have questions, complaints and queries on all available platforms. You will both engage with consumers on Social Media as well as drive the digital transformation to meet our consumer needs.

In addition, you will:
• perform Social Listening on all Nestlé Nordic brands
• act as a communicator on our social media channels (mainly Facebook & Instagram) and proactively drive the conversations
• handle and record contacts via e-mail, social media and telephone
• view and assess social media posts about Nestlé and our products
• maintain in-depth knowledge about Nestlé products in the market
• show good knowledge about Nestlé’s position on a variety of topics

You will be a part of the Nordic Consumer Engagement Service team, which is part of the Nordic Marketing and Consumer Communications team. The position is based at our Nordic head office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to the Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Lead.

What will make you successful
Professional skills: You are on your bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum one year left, preferably within media, communication or marketing communication.

In addition, you:
• possess an interest in and have experience with social media (community management and social listening)
• are fluent in both Swedish and Finnish, both verbally and in writing
• are also fluent in English as you will be working in an international environment, where the daily communicate is in English
• have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint

Personal skills: We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a high level om empathy.

In addition, you:
• are a true team player
• have a high level of resilience

Hours and benefits
We expect that you can work approx. 15 hours per week between 13 and 18 with the opportunity to occasionally work daytime. In addition to this, you will work one Saturday or Sunday once a month for 3 hours, monitoring and answering our social media channels and e-mails. Salary is 155 DKK/hour plus pension and lunch in our canteen. The salary for the weekend duty salary is DKK 750, a fixed amount pr. day.
