Swedish Customer Supporter at SharkGaming

Requirements: Fluently speaking in Swedish and English

As a customer support at SharkGaming, support and service are a top priority. And it is natural for you to do your best to give our customers a professional and amazing experience every time, they contact us.

 

You will become a success in the position if you:

 

  • Are service minded and enjoy customer contact
  • Have an interest for gaming and PCs
  • Are great at meeting all types of customer with a smile in your voice
  • Are a team player
  • Are skillful in communicating in writing and speech
  • Thrive in a day, which is busy with a lot of things going on at the same time

 

It's an advantage, if you have previous experience with customer interaction, however it's not a requirement. Furthermore you need to have an interest in PCs and gaming. But the most important thing is that you have a lot of drive, willpower, high work ethic, and want to give our customers the best experience.

 

In SharkGaming, great customer experience is very valuable, and we know that great customer support is important from the beginning to the end.

 

Your daily tasks will be supporting SharkGaming's customers on the phone and in writing. Our contact with the customers consists of everything from the first experience of purchase, in the making of the order, and after the customer has received the order.

 

You will be a part of a team in a company that is growing and will continue to perform the best support. The team has recently been put together, and you will be working closely with your nearest colleagues, but also across other departments in SharkGaming. In the support-team we have both Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian employees, who all loves gaming and most importantly the great customer experience.

 

Work schedule: Full-time position - 37 our per week. Work hours: Monday - Thursday from 9-17 and Friday from 9-16:30.

Naverland 6, 2600 Glostrup
