Do you speak Swedish fluently?

Are you technically skilled and can you provide excellent service and support via phone and email?

Sitel has an exciting cooperation with Garmin, supporting their Nordic market and thus we are searching for two customer service advisors who are fluent in Swedish – spoken and written.

The Tasks

As a customer service advisor it will be your responsibility to provide technical support on Garmin’s products and make sure that the technical challenges of the customers are handled efficiently and with a smile.

Fluency in Swedish is a requirement as well English as training is conducted in English, which is also Sitel’s corporate language.

Garmin is known as a leading worldwide provider of navigation and is committed to making superior products for automotive, outdoor, and fitness markets that are an essential part of the lives of Garmin’s customers.

Garmin’s products are known for their quality and imminent design and this has to be reflected in the communication with the customers. To complement the quality of the products, we have to ensure that the service and support accompanied live up to the highest possible standards.

As a customer service advisor, you will have to comply with the standards and the code of conduct of both Garmin and Sitel.

  • I have previously worked in a contact center or within customer service – and I loved it.
  • My communicative skills are excellent and I am fluent in Swedish and English.

The position is full time - 37 hours a week and the customer support is open Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00.

The work place is at Sluseholmen 2-4, 2450 Copenhagen Southwest, Denmark.

Salary is DKK 119.3 an hour and in addition, Sitel pays an amount equivalent to 3,4 % of the monthly salary to a “free choice account” that can be paid out with the salary or transferred to a pension plan. Sitel pays 8 % to a pension plan and as an employee you pay 4 %.
