As part of our growth, we are looking for you! – A Swedish speaking Talent Acquisition Consultant in Netcompany

The competition for attracting and recruiting the most talented IT profiles has been increased in recent years, which places great demands on HR’s ability to find the right employees. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a profile with an academic background in HR and a passion for search and recruitment.

You will be part of the HR department's ambitious recruitment team in Denmark, where you will work closely with skilled colleagues, who are passionate about achieving our ambitious HR goals together. You hold a Master’s degree because you need to be at eye level with the rest of Netcompany and must be able to understand large amounts of complex knowledge while maintaining positive energy.  

The work in its nature is outgoing so you should like to be "on" in a good way in the dialogue with both candidates and colleagues across the organization. We work in a continuous flow, where the business and our colleagues defines our tasks and time.


We will make sure that you are prepared for tasks ahead

It’s not a requirement for you to have experience with recruitment within IT, tech or biotech (but of course this is considered an advantage). You will get the support and sparring you need, and we will make sure that you will get into things quickly through a thorough onboarding program.


Your primary tasks will be:

  • Recruitment of IT profiles in the Nordic region with focus on search in relevant databases
  • Coordination and execution of recruitment interviews
  • Sparring and advisory on recruitment across business areas
  • Participation in Employer Branding activities in the Nordic region
  • Other HR-related tasks – we always help each other

You thrive working efficiently, ambitiously and in a fast pace in a dynamic every day. We imagine that you:

  • Hold a relevant Master's degree
  • Is independent but also a team player
  • Feel motivated by executing in a fast pace, high-performing environment
  • Is fluent in speaking/writing both Swedish and English

Knowing the IT industry or having experience with search and recruitment is an advantage but not a requirement.
