Talent Acquisition Specialist

Linkfire is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist, with loads of people skills. In this role, you will have ownership of the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles and the chance to work with a small but awesome HR and Operations team.

You will join a company with roots and heart in music, a team of 40+ tech and music enthusiasts from all sides of the world. Rockers and DJs, soccer and basketball players, early twenties and late thirties - we have it all!

You will report to the Head of People and Culture, Verena Gutheim. 

The Role:

Building the best data intelligence tool for music marketing requires tons of talent, effort, time and sweat - but above all passionate people. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a people-first-attitude, to help us source, attract and recruit the best and most passionate colleagues.

We’re headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in NYC, LA and Hamburg. In 2018, we’re embarking on a high-growth journey with an ambition to further dominate our market, to develop more and even better products and features and to successfully onboard more and more clients.

This ambition depends on the amazing people here at Linkfire and in order to succeed we have a plan to tremendously grow our staff over the coming year - both here in Copenhagen and abroad. As part of the HR-Team you will take on a vital role in this process.

In this role you will be have to be eager to dive in and learn in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable responding to constant change as well as thrive in driving change yourself.


In collaboration with the Head of People and Culture, be responsible for all talent attraction for our growing teams in CPH, NYC, LA and Hamburg

Manage the recruitment process life-cycle -  including posting jobs, coordinating interview schedules, assessments, interviews, and offers.

Attract and source candidates using a variety of approaches with our existing solutions and tools as well as present new ideas for sourcing and recruitment initiatives

Conduct screening calls with candidates, review/analyze profiles and evaluate qualifications

Assist the candidate and the hiring manager through the entire process and communicate updates on candidacy.

Ensure the application and interview experience for the candidates is smooth and positive

Help to build and maintain a hiring pipeline of the best talent for future openings in our different departments

Support the administrative HR-workflow (HRMS and ATS) as well as onboarding new employees

Abilities and Skills:

You have 2+ years of experience in an international recruitment role incl. technical recruitment experience. Experience from the tech start-up industry is a major advantage.

People skills. A lot.

Enthusiastic and highly pro-active team player with the ability to shift gears quickly and efficiently

You have experience with actively sourcing and recruiting talented people across different departments incl. product and software development

Ability to research and maneuver around LinkedIn and other social media sites

You’re a self-starter and self-runner, you can utilize the resources available independently but also take the initiative to suggest new solutions.

You’re organized, sharp with fantastic attention to detail and above all, your colleagues can always rely on you

Exceptional communication skills in the English language

You have an interest in music and the music industry
