What will you be doing?

As a part of the Danish People & Culture (P&C) team, you will be spearheading all activities within Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in this new role - hence the opportunity to make a difference in Valtech Denmark, define the role, scope and impact the organization is inevitable.

  • You will be responsible for the sourcing and attraction strategy and methodologies to support our growth journey
  • The entire recruiting process is your responsibility, you always have an overview of the current application processes, which you oversee from the first contact to the hiring
  • The formulation of appealing job advertisements, the selection of suitable channels for their publication as well as active sourcing is part of your DNA
  • You impress with in-depth knowledge of active sourcing, confident use of ATS tools, social media channels and, in particular, you master LinkedIn recruiter products in your sleep
  • You will screen applications as well as initial telephone / virtual interviews and accompany subsequent interviews with the respective department as their sparring partner
  • You will establish and conduct Interview techniques training as part of the Valtech Academy for manager and hiring teams
  • You will ensure and increase diversity in the candidate pools
  • You will in close collaboration with the rest of the P&C team craft and curate a unique pre-boarding & on-boarding experience for new hires that strives to drive enhanced engagement, productivity, and enhanced retention
  • You will through close coordination with global marketing, create and execute Employer Branding and Talent Attraction social media content
  • You will build content that employees and Valtech leaders can use to amplify Valtech employment brand awareness internally and externally
  • You will develop a calendar of on-site and off-site events to encourage and source diverse talent
  • You will support and run regional and/or global TA campaigns for key talents for new global client projects

What do we expect from you?

Your heart must burn with a passion for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. We need you to drive these two important pillars of People & Culture and this takes guts; It takes knowledge, foresight and curiosity about what’s trending in the world and how Valtech can put a dent into the world of TA and EB. Yes, we want to create some cool pioneering stuff!

And all of this on the basis of:

  • A few years experience with an ideal blend of agency, headhunting and/or in-house digital/tech industry experience within talent acquisition
  • Verbal and written English at a professional level and also with some swag!
  • Outstanding expertise of identifying and using sourcing and brand attraction tools and methodologies combined with best in class employer brand experience
  • You have already a deep understanding of the digital industry and talent market and wish to further broadening your network to potential talent pools and qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Strong behavioural traits around tenacity, focus, hands-on mentality, compassion, and engagement
  • Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects, communications, follow through, and candidate activities
  • Exercise excellent judgment on critical priorities that considers the needs of our candidates, clients, and the business
  • Your empathy is sharp and trained to secure the stakeholder landscape. Your sympathy is both caring and professional and supports cross organizational collaboration on all levels and with all colleagues
  • When things are crazy busy you lean on your tools for structure, create headspace for yourself and ask you P&C colleagues for support and help
