Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a full-time Talent Sourcer to join our HR team and manage the first phase of our recruitment process.

In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates through professional networks, build talent pipelines, review and conduct initial screenings, setting up interviews, while accurately managing our ATS.

You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We’re a team of designers, engineers, product owners, and more, drawn from every corner of the globe.

The common denominator? Music—we live and breathe the stuff.

The role:

If you’re a people-person and you’re ready to kickstart a career in HR - embark with us on a 2-month internship starting April 2021.

Please note that this position is unpaid. We are, however, looking to grow the team in the near future and with the right match, this internship could turn into full-time employment as a Talent Sourcer.

What you’ll be doing as a Talent Sourcer @ Linkfire:

  • In collaboration with the HR team, you will be responsible to generate hires by sourcing the best candidates.
  • Helping in managing the recruitment process life-cycle - including posting and updating jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Help to build and generate a hiring pipeline of the best talent for future openings in our different departments.
  • Learn about and get involved with screening calls, review/analyze profiles, and evaluate qualifications.
  • We dream of someone who:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Is tech-savvy and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Is genuinely interested in people - you really do care and listen to what people are saying.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills. English is your first or second language.
  • Has the “get stuff done” attitude.
  • Is organized, sharp with great attention to detail, and above all, you strive to improve yourself every day.
  • Is familiar with LinkedIn, social networks, HRIS, ATS, or any resume databases.
  • You have a general understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • You’re able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
  • You have an interest in music and the music industry.
  • Great to haves:

  • Previous experience in working with Linkedin recruitment and/or technical recruiting experience.
  • A strong connection to music or the music industry.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Denmark.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn our business strategies to seek out the best talent for our mission. 
  • An ability to see past inherent biases in hiring in order to discover diverse and skilled candidates.

  • Be able to own your dedicated openings and manage the entire recruitment process from A-Z.
  • Contribute to developing, testing, and tracking new recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • The opportunity to support the administrative HR-workflow (HRMS and ATS) as well as assisting the HR department through the entire onboarding process.
