Team Lead - Account Management EMEA

We are looking for a Team Lead for our EMEA Account Management team here in Copenhagen with a specific focus of nurturing, developing and leading our team along with actively working on managing existing global accounts. This exciting and high-impact role has overall responsibility for the strategy and process of EMEA Account Management at Falcon, including motivating and developing the Account Managers, and also ensuring clear and smooth cooperation with other departments/teams to serve in the best interest of the team and achieving overall AM goals. You will be responsible for a team of 4 Account Managers who are managing their own client portfolios (including renewal negotiation and growth of the accounts) with a strong emphasis on forging long-term relationships in close collaboration across our entire Sales and Customer Experience Teams.


What you'll do:

    • Own and drive success and excellence in AM processes & activities, with focus on business efficiency & customer experience 
    • Planning of & executing on quarterly and annual goals and ensuring that the AM team consistently hits renewal and upsell targets
    • Lead & develop the Account Management team (recruit, activate, motivate, coach & grow via 1-1s, team meetings, training, events, performance reviews & development talks)
    • Work cross-functionally to drive Account Management Outcomes (Customer Success, Ops, Sales, R&D, Marketing)
    • Reporting (weekly and monthly reporting on AM KPIs to the Director Sales EMEA)

What you have:

    • Experience in SaaS Account Management
    • Ability to both work hands on and strategically, whilst overseeing the team at the same time 
    • An understanding of how to maneuver & align with a number of internal and external stakeholders and get results
    • Knowledge and proficiency of Social Media and Web 2.0
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Experience leading a team, or being a senior member of a team & mentoring 
    • Outstanding phone etiquette with ability to quickly forge professional relationships
    • Comfortable interacting with all levels of clients from C-Level to operational employees
    • Demonstrated business acumen/ able to quickly understand structure and value drivers across diverse industries and markets
    • Fluency in English, other languages (particularly Danish and German) a plus
