About the Role

To do that, we are building a new platform from scratch. You will be part of a new team that will be fully dedicated to developing the best job site platform on the market. 


This is an exciting role with senior management exposure, growth opportunity and co-work with all teams in Ofir - Sales, Marketing, BI, Data Science. Responsibilities (what you will do)

  • Understand our users, clients, our content, and the mechanisms at our disposal to help job seekers find their next job
  • Support the leadership to define and communicate the product plan
  • Interacting with internal customers (sales, services, industry teams, applications owners etc.) and external customers in understanding the business needs and requirements
  • Coordinate and manage roadmap milestones and prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Perform business needs assessments, development, and documentation of business requirements from which technical specifications are formulated.
  • Help set project and OKRs level KPIs and deliver measurable impact against them.
  • Oversee project lifecycle from initial scoping to final deliverables for multiple simultaneously running projects within the Product and Engineering organization
  • Training sales, customer support and marketing teams on using the new platform
  • Maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends.


Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science and/or related fields
  • 2-4 years of relevant product management experience working in a dynamic environment, ideally in e-commerce or startup 
  • Experience with B2B and B2B2C products and have launched features that have driven meaningful impact to your company
  • Strong technical foundation, whether it comes from your education, or on-the-job experience
  • Basic understanding of what an API is and how it works
  • You’ll be working closely with our engineering team every day and should feel comfortable talking about the systems we’re designing at all levels of abstraction
  • Analytically driven. You love running experiments, working with data, and can handle making sense of data and getting to the answers that will drive us forward.
  • KPI-Driven. When defining new features, you always think about the KPIs to measure their success
  • We’re a fast-moving company. We need people that can roll up their sleeves and focus on getting the job done 
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Nice to have

Any of the listed below are going to be considered beneficial for your application:

  • Interest for the employment industry - any experience in a job board or a company providing recruitment services is a bonus 
  • Passion for Machine learning or AI
  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum framework.
  • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs/OKRs
