You will join our Global IT PMO department

As our new Experienced and business-oriented Project Manager for Global IT you will be part of a global team of Project Managers in Denmark, Germany, UK, Norway, Finland and India. PMO is responsible for all our business-driven and IT-based projects. We manage a project portfolio of up to 100 new projects / year, and a growing share of projects are focused on digitalisation and developing our customer offerings and services 

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Plan new projects in close dialogue with business managers and IT stakeholders
  • Execute projects with special focus on managing scope, driving progress and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous development of our PMO processes and tools

 

Your starting point for constant growth

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • Master degree (M.Sc, Cand.oecon, Cand.merc or similar)
  • Relevant project management certifications (IPMA B/C, Prince2 P., MSP or similar)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • 5-10 years project management experience from IT-based business projects

 

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You are confident working with stakeholders at all levels and managing projects across a global and multicultural organisation of passionate and dedicated professionals. You are structured and able to establish and maintain clarity and transparency. And you like to engage with peers and team members to help create psychological trust
