Technology Strategy Associate

Nets’ Technology Strategy & Projects team is hiring an Associate to help us drive technology change and impact across the group.

In the Group Technology, Strategy & Projects team we contribute to this mission by being part of setting the strategic direction for Technology, and drive some of the most critical technology-related projects such as:

 

  • Ensure execution of our technology strategy
  • Organisational and operating model design
  • Executive reporting to Management and other stakeholders
  • Special projects e.g. M&A due diligence, carve-outs and PMI’s 

 

Our team is a small unit consisting of ambitious people with various backgrounds from program teams to strategy functions.

We expect you to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience and strengths in delivering innovative and reliable payment solutions. You will be an integrated part of the Group Technology Strategy & Projects team and be supporting on developing recommendations for executive management, our owners, and other stakeholders.

Your qualifications include:

 

  • Relevant Master's Degree (e.g. IT Management, Business Administration, Engineering) with top results
  • General interest in the field of technology
  • A few years relevant full-time experience, preferable in a management consultancy, or similar in-house role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Solid interpersonal skills with ability to engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Ambitious and a natural desire to learn and develop personal and professional skills
