Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the pharmacology team in Copenhagen, which currently consists of 10 FTEs. Responsibilities include objective setting, recruitment, people engagement and development, talent management, performance management and succession planning. Plan and oversee all in vivo pharmacology studies conducted in-house, at CROs or at venues of our international collaborators. As a core member of the R D leadership team, drive overall pharmacology strategy for Research activities in line with objectives.
