Job Description
The Pathology Division is seeking a Track Lead who will be responsible for planning, tracking, coordinating, and monitoring remediation activities of Agilent’s in-vitro diagnostic product against the EU IVD regulation (IVDR). This involves facilitating communications between multi-functional team members and program management to ensure timelines and goals are met.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS WILL BE:
Manage assigned Track and their deliverablesEnsure that key Track deliverables are developed according to endorsed IVDR roadmapCommunicate and coordinate with Project Manager around milestone reviews and key business decisionsDefine and manage the schedule to achieve track objectivesEnsure that all roles are being filled and that the quality of the team is adequate to ensure Track successWork with Project Manager to maintain continuity of resources to the extent possible through all Project stagesResponsible for obtaining endorsements for track plans where neededSteward track progress – prepare and report against agreed metrics/milestonesAssure adequate communication and coordination processes among other project team members as necessaryIdentify critical issues and escalate timely to Project Manager all issues which may affect Track progress/deliveryIdentify, communicate, and manage Track risksQualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a Life Science or Business fieldTypically, newly graduate to 2+ years relevant experiencePractical understanding of necessary tools (Asana, Excel, SharePoint)Fluent in EnglishGood verbal/written communications skillsPlanning and analytical skillsProblem solving skillsGood interpersonal skills and effective multi-cultural & virtual teamworkAble to work and deliver to tight timelines. Organized & autonomousIt is a plus if you have PMP/PRINCE2 certification
