Job Description

The Pathology Division is seeking a Track Lead who will be responsible for planning, tracking, coordinating, and monitoring remediation activities of Agilent’s in-vitro diagnostic product against the EU IVD regulation (IVDR). This involves facilitating communications between multi-functional team members and program management to ensure timelines and goals are met.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS WILL BE:

  • Manage assigned Track and their deliverables
  • Ensure that key Track deliverables are developed according to endorsed IVDR roadmap
  • Communicate and coordinate with Project Manager around milestone reviews and key business decisions
  • Define and manage the schedule to achieve track objectives
  • Ensure that all roles are being filled and that the quality of the team is adequate to ensure Track success
  • Work with Project Manager to maintain continuity of resources to the extent possible through all Project stages
  • Responsible for obtaining endorsements for track plans where needed
  • Steward track progress – prepare and report against agreed metrics/milestones
  • Assure adequate communication and coordination processes among other project team members as necessary
  • Identify critical issues and escalate timely to Project Manager all issues which may affect Track progress/delivery
  • Identify, communicate, and manage Track risks
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a Life Science or Business field
  • Typically, newly graduate to 2+ years relevant experience
  • Practical understanding of necessary tools (Asana, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good verbal/written communications skills
  • Planning and analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective multi-cultural & virtual teamwork
  • Able to work and deliver to tight timelines. Organized & autonomous
  • It is a plus if you have PMP/PRINCE2 certification
