Tower Module is a department part of Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) responsible for research, design, and development of the wind turbines' tower products. Through innovation, development and continuous product improvements, we continuously develop our products and technologies to reduce the cost and ensure integration of renewable energy. Always aiming to deliver the highest possible value to our customers and to Vestas. Tower Project Management consists of 10 project managers sited in Porto, Chennai, and Aarhus (HQ).
The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication are the key to our success. You will be part of a Project Management network in Vestas, and you can be asked to participate in workgroups for improving Vestas' project processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- You will contribute to the Module Program execution and delivery, by taking part on Project and Program management, while having a global reach with teams and stakeholders worldwide
- You'll have a solid focus on planning quality and improvement of our Project and Program indicators, by supporting the Project Management team and the Program Manager to optimizing the agile processes and secure a continuously improvement of the execution processes with your sense for details and good understanding of team dynamics
- You will be part of the agile journey by contributing across the Module with running and owning the scrum Governance and you will work closely with the Program Manager on monitoring the Portfolio plan, budget, milestones and risks. You’ll gain experience with real responsibilities from day one enabling on-the-job learning
Qualifications
- Graduate or Recent Graduate in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or similar
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Competencies
- Fluent in English, our primary corporate language
- Knowledge of Power BI and JIRA would be useful but is not a requirement
- Open minded, smiling and structured approach, an eye for the detail
- Someone motivated and likes a working environment that changes from day to day, week to week
- We expect that you can work with limited supervision and take responsibility for your tasks
- As a person, you are positive, outgoing, committed, service-minded and appreciate working in a casual environment
- Established communication skills among various stakeholders at all levels in the organization

Additional information
You will likely be a new graduate or be about to graduate. 30-37 weekly working hours are required in this role.
Your primary work location will be Vestas HQ, our office in Aarhus, Denmark, with up to 10 travel days per year.
