  • College Degree and prefer in pharmaceutical engineering or similar fields. ??????,?????????????
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Minimum 2 year of training relevant working experience 2 ???????????

    Key areas of responsibility ?????? :

    Training coordinator is responsible for defining site training process, coordinating the training process and system’s implementation, maintaining training systems to ensure site training in compliance as well as training effectiveness thus improve site compliance level and ensure product quality.

    Main J ob T asks ?????? :

  • Track and update training related KPIs. ????????? KPI ???
  • Ensure training and learning related IT system implementation and daily operation in STJ. ?????????? IT ???????? Easytraining /ISOtrain operation. Including training plan, content setup, trainer setup, course, module, Job function e.g.
  • Easytraining/Isotrain ???????,??????????????????????????????

  • Generate Training Reports to meet the need from customers. ????????????????? Work with business areas, communicate, follow up and solve problem related to training system. ?????????????????? , ?????????????? Organize and drive system yearly review ?????????????
  • Qualify Trainers in business area with sufficient training skills, ensure correct training method is applied
  • ?????????????????????,???????????????????

  • Participate Local and Global training projects with effectiveness and meet milestone ?????????????????
  • Support organization and document preparation during Inspection/Audit ??????????????
  • Give Kaizen idea and Continuously improve training process, training system and training elements for the site. ??????,????????
  • ???????

    Other individual assignments ?????? :

  • Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working ???????( NNW )????????
  • Other work assigned by line manager. ????????????
  • Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems ?????????????????????
