Training & Course Supporter in CMC Development (maternity cover)

We are looking for a new dedicated colleague to take up a maternity cover as Training & Course Supporter.

About the department
In Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Process & Training Support, you will be part of a highly dedicated unit. CMC Development, a Senior Vice President (SVP) area in R&D and the department Process & Training Support is responsible for training, LEAN, statistical support and process management across CMC Development. As a Training & Course Supporter you will get the opportunity to collaborate with engaged colleagues that work with course administration, development of competences through our Academies and training programmes including LEAN.

The position
Your role is together with the colleagues in the team to drive a professional course administration function. You will be responsible for the coordination of various courses across CMC Development with special focus on LEAN courses. Improvement initiatives related to both processes and course content will also be a focus area for you.

Furthermore, you will play an important role as host on our monthly On-boarding day for new employees and support on other on-boarding related tasks.

Last but not least, you will support with training related ad hoc tasks across the team e.g. conduct analyses, prepare presentation, support workshops as well as implementing and anchoring solutions.

Preferably, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. It will be an advantage if you have experience from a similar role, however, with the right mind-set and fast learning competencies the right candidate could also be a recent graduate. You are used to work with Microsoft Office and preferably also with Novo Nordisk systems such as LearnIT, Sharepoint, SAP, Concur and eProcure. LEAN competencies will be an advantage.

As a person you are positive and dedicated. You are very comfortable with taking the stage and facilitating training events together with competent colleagues from the organisation. You are service-minded, have a can-do attitude, enjoy working with deadlines and have great coordination skills. You are structured and pay attention to details while keeping the greater overview. You work independently, are proactive and you always strive to find the best and most simple possible solutions. Finally, proficiency in verbal and written English is essential.
