Transformation Lead

In order to secure the increased transparency and consistency required to demonstrate people compliance to Key Accounts, ISS is implementing a global HR system to unleash the full value of the asset of the business; the approximately 500,000 employees of ISS. This is the People@ISS project.

As Transformation Lead at ISS and as part of the People@ISS implementation you will be responsible for communication, change management, training and establishing new ways of working for employees, managers and the People & Culture organization around the world.

With direct report to Head of Global Support Solutions.

Your main tasks are:

  • Create and execute plans for communication, change and training.
  • Establish stakeholder mapping to create an overview across all touchpoints.
  • Potentially indirectly manage resources from an implementation partner to support activities.
  • Drive execution through local experts by establishing and indirectly managing and empowering a network of transformation experts in local countries.
  • Drive a train the trainer approach.
  • Assume a solid technical solution and ensure adoption in local countries.
  • Collaborate with the entire People@ISS project team and make sure that transformation related activities are executed in line with the overall project timeline and milestones. 

You have a background with at least 8 years of experience from similar projects. Probably as a Senior Manager from a large consulting company. Your experience includes being responsible for communication, training and change in global IT implementations. 

You have a higher education within comunication or organizational development on a Master level. You must have knowledge of HR SaaS systems such as SAP Successfactors or equivalent systems. As ISS is a truly global company, you must have professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

You are a person with strong project management skills as well as financial accumen. You have a natural ability to influence others by driving vision, purpose and engagement through effective written and oral communication. You thrive in an extrovert role and always have the overall business goal in sight.
