Treasury Analyst

Welltec® is looking for a new Treasury Analyst to join the Finance department at the Welltec® headquarter, in Allerød. The position provides a unique opportunity to join a truly global company and finance function with professionals in more than 30 countries across the globe.

Cash flow is a key parameter at Welltec and the new treasury analyst will be responsible for driving the agenda of cash flow and net working capital optimization. The person will also be actively involved in the day-to-day activities encompassing: cash management, global bank administration, financial risk management, capital structure and funding, update of financial policies, and preparation of management material.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Cash Flow / NWC optimization
  • Cash flow forecast and liquidity planning
  • Loan documentation compliance
  • Trade finance; supporting business units
  • Inter-company loan administration
  • Management of leasing contracts

Finally, the candidate will take part in communications with external as well as internal stakeholders, including senior management, relationship banks, and advisors.


The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience from a similar position. The candidate speaks English fluently and is comfortable communicating with senior management and internal as well as external stakeholders.

Strong technical skills within finance, accounting and valuation models are an advantage together with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Furthermore, by joining a fast-moving global finance organization, the candidate needs to be a dedicated team player and understand the importance of delivering high quality material within the required deadlines.

Finally, the candidate should have a strong academic background from university or relevant business schools with a focus on corporate finance e.g. Cand.Merc.FIR, AEF or similar.
