The position
As Treasury Controller, you will report to the Senior Treasury Director, Middle Office and you will work closely together with the Treasury team as well as the general finance organisation – in HQ and abroad - in making sure that Group Treasury & Risk Management always delivers timely and meets the highest standards.

Key tasks will be

  • Monitoring and ensuring that treasury activities are in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintenance and further development of the treasury IT tool (Quantum)
  • Controlling and reporting of cash flow to senior management
  • Analysis and follow up on working capital performance
  • Other ad hoc tasks – both analytical and operational.

The position offers rich possibilities for personal as well as professional development.

The preferred candidate:

  • You are currently working in either a corporate treasury department or a finance function with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • You have a solid tool box regarding accounting matters including IFRS and preferably experience with financial instruments and consolidated accounts
  • You have solid analytical skills and think logical – finding practical solutions to complex tasks
  • You have strong execution skills – you prioritise and get the tasks done
  • You are proactive and pay attention to details
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills – a networker and a team player
  • Experience with treasury IT, SAP and consolidation tools is an advantage. The company uses Sungard Quantum and Hyperion
  • You have a Bachelor (HD) or Master in Finance or Economics
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.

Summary of the Role

 As the Account Owner and the customer’s central point of contact, the Cloud Customer Success Manager drives a successful onboarding, ongoing proactive management and supports the customer to maximize the use of the platform.

With strong problem-solving skills and organizational awareness, you are capable of intervening where needed to ensure that any roadblocks to customer success are removed as efficiently as possible. This is a key, customer-facing role within Customer Success and requires a dedicated professional with an exceptional ability to manage customer relationships and their delivery partners.

 

The Challenge 

Customer Success Managers are responsible for the partnership between Sitecore and our Cloud customers, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment. Cloud Customer Success Managers work directly with our customers to understand business and technical requirements, and to develop solutions to ensure success, throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding through implementation and adoption.
