Trusted Solution Architect Market - Denmark

Position Description:

Lenovo is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Trusted Solutions Architect(TSA) to join our Enterprise sales team and manage all presales activities forselect strategic accounts.

The TSA works proactively with the most senior decision makers in ourstrategic accounts and our most senior internal stakeholders to ensure theappropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architectedto solve the complex business challenges our clients face and to close salesopportunities.

You will be the evangelist for our solutions and map Lenovo’s portfolio to ourclients strategies. You will provide thought leadership and be the expert onindustry trends to both your clients and other Lenovo sales teams.

Your engagement clients will lead to new and innovative solutions - so youmust have an exceptional consultative and collaborative mindset.

You will also be passionate about customer experience and will work with boththe client and customer success manager to ensure sales expectations are met.

You will actively participate in customer meetings and serve as an evangelistand coordinator for the pursuit team. You will hold yourself and othersaccountable to established standards in customer excellence.

You will join our Danish Enterprise sales team and report to our LargeEnterprise & Public Sector Director, based in Copenhagen. The location of thisrole is flexible around Denmark; however, ideally based around Copenhagen.

What tasks are waiting for you in this role?
• work closely with Account executives to qualify opportunities, collaborateon sales strategy, process, and level of presales engagement and to prioritizetime, activities and investments on the most impactful revenue generatingopportunities
• be the single point of contact for Account Executives, Sales engineering,SMEs and other specialists in support of sales opportunities.
• motivate and inspire the teams by providing a vision, empowering Salesengineers, and encouraging creativity, clearly communicating expectations, andproviding support necessary for team and client success.
• align resources to opportunity activities and establish due dates andmilestones to ensure successful execution of customer deliverables.
• ensure the quality of the presales deliverables (presentation,demonstrations, etc.) in tandem with the AE.
• demonstrate value to customers of a solution approach with cleararticulation of ROI and business case.
• champion the customer by helping to educate the presales team on customersituations, helps them focus on what needs to be done and prescribes theoptimal solution to deliver desired outcomes.
• coach best practices and provides both informal and formal feedback todevelop excellence in all Presales colleagues.
• drive consistent presales processes, including Microsoft Dynamics 365opportunity management, dry-runs and discovery sessions and other tools, toensure superior evaluations, product demos and presentations.
• provide timely and accurate feedback to SEs, Sales Specialists, SolutionArchitects, and Business Analysts to continuously elevate performance anddrive solutions transformation.

Position Requirements:

What do we expect from you?
• 5+ years of experience working in or with technology leaders/senior decisionmakers in solving technology challenges and influencing decisions on client,server, services decisions with 1-2 years of people management experience aplus
• have a good working knowledge of the entire Lenovo portfolio, competitivesolutions, and how they relate to customer’s requirements
• high proficiency in executive level communication
• frequently delivered high impact short duration work packages along withbuilding and motivating team members
• Track record of establishing credibility with the most senior decisionmakers and influencers in IT
• Leadership skills with ability to inspire others to achieve a commonobjective
• Superior organizational skills and time management abilities
• High levels of business and financial acumen and the ability to applycritical thinking in identifying value propositions for clients.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complexproblems
• Excellent execution skill and assertiveness to follow through on behalf ofcustomer across Lenovo departments
