Tyra Future Brownfield Performance Analyst

Joining Maersk Oil as part of the Tyra Future Project, you will be part of a highly experienced team that are delivering innovative technical capabilities to ensure successful redevelopment of the field. 

This position will be based in Esbjerg, Denmark. 

Key Responsibilities 

As a member of the Tyra Future team, you are expected to be actively involved and support the HSSE Plans and programmes. You will also be expected to personally role model ‘Incident Free’ values through your actions and behaviour. 

Key responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to, the following:

Develop and maintain Performance Dashboard and other tools for the brownfield project portfolio (WHAD, Oilfield Modifications, Satellite Campaign, Hook-down, etc. etc.)

Definition and follow up on leading and lacking performance indicators

Support the project team in preparation of Decision Support Record in accordance with the Project Decision Process

Preparation of material for stakeholder management

Support PIMS action tracking, MoC and Risk Management

Drive Continuous Improvement particularly aimed at developing lean processes within the Brownfield Team.

Provide input for communication and reporting (incl. cost and schedule), internally and externally

Deliver ad hoc analytical and operational assistance to the Tyra Future Brownfield Manager and the Brownfield team in general as necessary

Support planning and execution of team development activities

Support the expected transition to Total

Experience in the Exploration & Production industry an advantage

Fluency in English
