Tyra Future: Satellite Campaign Manager

Joining Maersk Oil as part of the Tyra Future Project, you will be part of a highly experienced team that are delivering innovative technical capabilities to ensure successful redevelopment of the field. 

This position will be based in Esbjerg, Denmark. 

Key Responsibilities 

As a member of the Tyra Future team, you are expected to be actively involved and support the HSSE Plans and programmes. You will also be expected to personally role model ‘Incident Free’ values through your actions and behaviour. 

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows, but not limited to:

Ensure safe and efficient planning and execution of satellite and other major activities

Align SIMOPS with Asset and other parts of the organisation

Secure high-level approvals, commitment and resources from stakeholders

Maps out and secures approval of all government approvals relevant to Satellite and other major activities

Ensure that transparent and up to date cost and schedule information of Satellite and other major activities are included in the overall Tyra redevelopment cost and schedule information

Ensures realistic reporting of project performance

Establish and maintain effective organisation ensuring the interaction between Satellite team and the remaining teams in the Brownfield team 

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this position, you will have: 


Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering. 

Skills & Experience: 

Skills of conceptual thinking, leadership and consensus building while maintaining a drive for results

Ability to facilitate joined-up thinking, and ensure that informed decisions are made at the right time

Experience in managing and being part of multi-disciplinary projects

Experience in planning and executing brownfield campaigns

Experience engaging stakeholders and partners

The ability to combine strong project delivery with incident free mind set

Fluency in written and verbal English
