UI/UX Designer

Are you an experienced UI/UX designer that can create satisfying and compelling experiences for the users of our digital solutions? Are you passionate about digitalising the way we work in a production context, being part of the journey all the way from the initial ideation process until the development part? Do you want to engage with stakeholders across the value chain and be part of a high performing team, implementing cutting edge technologies in one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies? Then you might be the UI/UX designer we are looking for in Technology Innovation within Oral Finished Product (OFP).

The position

As our new , your main responsibilities will be to:

* Consult with end users to understand their business needs and goals

* Create user stories, personas, storyboards, prototypes and wireframes

* Managing the design process from user research and mock-ups to prototyping and final design

* Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience

* Challenge end users on their wishes and needs on a technical level and on feasibility

* Conduct usability testing

* Build bridge between user needs and technical solutions, by collaborate closely with end users, our developers, product owners and scrum master

* Drive design thinking workshops across the organisation

Qualifications and skills

To be considered for this position, we expect you to have

* Hold a bachelor or master's degree within a relevant field

* 2+ years of relevant working experience within UI/UX design

* Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, AdobeXD or Miro

* Competences in facilitating design thinking workshops

* Basis knowledge and understanding of the steps that go into software development

* Knowledge of agile development processes and SCRUM is an advantage

You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity and a positive attitude. You are expected to be self-directed, but also collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. About the department

The position is anchored in the Technology Innovation Unit within OFP Manufacturing Development, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing approach by creating a fully data driven and continuous process for oral tablet formulation and optimise the manufacturing production and analysis from end to end. We aim to create a new paradigm that will alter the approach to drug development by redesigning and digitalising the processes.

The team consist of approx. 11 highly skilled subject matter experts with different scientific backgrounds ranging from analytical experts, product owners to automation engineers and data scientists. With the rapid advancement within data and analytics, we are expanding our team and bringing in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest techniques and software to draw greater insights and future predictions from the data and thus making a significant impact on how we manage the future manufacturing operation.
