Vice President, Customer Implementation

Changing the future of payments takes strong personalities
Working for Nets, you’ll become part of an exciting growth journey, and you will be a vital part of it. Customer implementation department will be running our large customer implementations and will be responsible for delivering customer outcome. We work in a matrix organisation, in this role you´ll have a small direct organization but you´ll be leading and influencing indirectly through the projects and good stakeholder management to ensure delivery of our customer projects and ensure customer satisfaction


This is a new role, and for that reason are your possibility to make an impact great and therefore we expect that you bring an exceptional experience to take Nets to the next level in our service towards new customers. Your purpose is ensuring the delivery of the customer outcome for new customers by a timely and high-quality implementation to Nets.


To achieving the strategic goals of Issuer & eSecurity Services (IeS) the VP must build and maintain strong project management capacity and practices; build and maintain strong portfolio management and clear handovers to Product Engineering and Product management while keeping a strong focus on the customer's expectations.


Nets´ HQ is in Ballerup, Denmark. Issuer & eSecurity Services is currently located in Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki, Slovenia, Germany and Croatia – this role can be based anywhere in Europe while travelling to a certain extend is to be expected.


You’ll be powering an important part of our strategy
You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.


Heading Customer implementation means helping the organization striking the right balance of when we are powering up new teams and your key responsibilities are:

  • Ensuring delivery of the customer outcome – i.e. ensuring customer satisfaction, cost and effective delivery and organizational readiness
  • Implement high-quality migration practice – i.e. converge existing elements to build a scalable and effective setup
  • Upgrade and maintain project management practice – i.e. converging existing elements to build a scalable and effective setup
  • Develop and maintain portfolio management and priority processes- i.e. improve and optimise existing elements

Your professional qualifications include: 

  • Master´s degree, MBA or similar
  • Strong skillset within portfolio- & programme management and customer migration
  • Good experience with all aspects of a large payment project
  • Experience with large data migrations
  • Experience with growing a business in a multi-country setup
  • Experience with working in multi-national and multicultural environments.
