Where do you come in?
We are looking for an ambitious student assistant for our Sales Excellence Team, anchored in our Owner Agreement & Sales Excellence department. That’s where we work to improve our global sales processes and tools in close collaboration with the VIKING sales organization and internal stakeholders.

If you have a strategic mindset and understand organizational dynamics in complex business environments, then please read on. We need an analytical and structured colleague with a commercial mindset and great communication skills, who can contribute and assist in projects across our global value chain.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

  • Independently handle smaller projects and tasks
  • Coordinate and support larger cross-organizational projects
  • Develop presentations and other materials
  • Handle reports, data collection and analysis
  • Ad hoc project tasks and daily administration

In a truly global organization as ours, excellent spoken and written English is necessary. Adequate knowledge of the Danish language is preferred.

Working hours are approximately 12 – 16 hours a week with the possibility of more hours during school breaks. Many of our student assistants write their thesis about a VIKING project.

So, if you are interested in a career in international business - with at least 1.5 years left before you graduate, please read on.
