Where do you come in?
We are looking for a very structured student assistant with outstanding attention to detail and great interpersonal skills for our HR and Corporate Development Department. If you are interested in a career in international business and studying for your bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 1.5 years left before you graduate, please read on.

As a person, you really, really, really enjoy working with numbers. You are eager to contribute and assist your colleagues in a hectic environment and do not refrain from making an extraordinary effort when deadlines require it.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

  • Handle monthly KPI consolidation and follow-up
  • Handle data collection and validation of data
  • Prepare for analytics and assist with reporting
  • Analyze and optimize processes
  • Develop presentations and other materials
  • Ad hoc project tasks and daily administration

In a truly global organization as ours, excellent spoken and written English is necessary. Working hours are approximately 10 – 16 hours a week with the possibility of more hours during school breaks. Many of our student assistants write their thesis about a VIKING project.

Starting as soon as possible, you will report to the Business Development Manager and be part of our HR & Corporate Development Department. Our working environment is informal, yet professional – and a good sense of humor is always welcome.
