VP Marketing

We have a dedicated team of 30+ employees based in our offices in Copenhagen and Barcelona and are rapidly expanding to new markets globally.

We are looking to hire a top-level VP of Marketing who will drive the push to release our full commercial potential in international markets.

 

The job

Make Actimo the most effective digital marketer in the Nordics and UK within the Employee Engagement SaaS space. This means:

a) generating 1500 qualified leads in 2018, across the Nordics and UK

b) designing, building and leading an effective digital marketing team (you can bring your own team!)

c) finalise, implement and operate our core story, visual identity and experience

d) being the best possible support for our sales team

e) re-building and implementing a top-level website that attracts decision makers from ICPs globally

The success of the role will be measured on number of leads, lead price, lead conversion, website traffic from target markets, SoMe engagement and internal customer satisfaction.

Everything in this job is cross functional and your internal customers are: Sales, Product, Customer Success and General Management.

We are a proven success story preparing to scale internationally - so you will hit the ground running along with 32 competent and engaging colleagues.

 

You

Proven leadership experience of a B2B digital marketing or lead-gen team.

Proven business experience in a SaaS or similar subscription-based business model.

Along with your managerial experience we expect your tool box to include in-depth and hands-on experience on SEO / SEM, Online Advertising and Content Marketing. Knowledge of Growth Hacking and PR is a plus.

Preferably Anglophone - English on an editor level is a must.

You are effective - you know how to use your team, freelancers and agencies in order to maximise output.
