?In Global Service you will be part of a team with more than 20 dedicated colleagues secure that our global service network is in compliance with rules and regulations, equipped with spare parts and that services are planned, booked and executed in due time - all over the world

Where do you come in?
We need an energetic and service minded Service Trainee with great communication and interpersonal skills to start in August 2018. VIKING offers a two-year education that includes 1 month abroad at one of our subsidiaries, so, if you’re interested in an international career, this may be your opportunity to train with us.

You will complete your higher commercial examination or similar (HTX or STX supplemented with a HGS) in the summer of 2018 or maybe you have already finished it. You are ambitious and ready to supplement your practical training with a Diploma in Business Administration (HD).

You are a team player, but know how to juggle multiple tasks on your own as well. You are eager to contribute and assist your colleagues in a hectic environment and, when deadlines require it, you do not refrain from making an extraordinary effort.

Since the majority of the training takes place in Denmark, you must be able to speak and write in Danish. And in a truly global organization as ours, excellent spoken and written English is necessary too.

Primary tasks

· Manage, publish and further develop commercial sales reports

· Handle the VIKING Service Portal - our window towards our network

· Participate in Service Excellence initiatives

· Ensure master data validity

· Ad hoc tasks
