About this opportunity

Welcome to the Business Banking - Digital Sales team. As a Web Analyst for Business Banking you will be spending your time focussing on execution through agile principles together with colleagues who are strong on content, copy and paid media traffic. Together you are responsible for driving online sales for business banking customers.

The role is organisationally placed in Web Analytics & Online Optimization within Digital and Commercial insights. This is to ensure you have the right training in tools, data and always have access to sparring and technical resources when needed, ensuring you can help business achieve their goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as technical liaison between business, Web Analytics & Online Optimization and IT.
  • Support the day-to-day running of Web Analytics practice.
  • Explore automated alerts when reports don’t execute so we can be more proactive.
  • Provide Digital Sales with optimal and timely technical support for Web Analytics.
  • Partner with paid media to ensure data quality, actionable insights and learning loop for key audiences in marketing.
  • Assist the management of delivery optimization.
  • Utilization of segmentation tools to better understand, quantify and optimize customer behavior.
  • Ensure measurement for existing and emerging channels (web, social, mobile). Partner with teams and stakeholders that support capabilities and initiatives.
  • Drive tagging initiatives, implementation, best practices, trouble-shooting to ensure digital marketing efforts are measured accurately and appropriately.
  • You continously push the boundaries for your skillset, and stay ahead of the changes within the data and analytics field.
  • As a person you can engage people in your ideas, and you take pride in ensuring that your proposals are based on data and facts.
  • The role will be based in either Denmark, Copenhagen or Finland, Helsinki. Some travel within the Nordic region might occur in the future.

  • Provide an overview of performance, including helping with defining, monitoring and acting on relevant performance indicators in relation to the key drivers, external as well as internal.
  • Your focus is online, but if analysis shows the biggest issue at hand is happening post online conversion, you are expected to help the Digital Sales team drive the changes needed for improvements across the value chain e.g. numbers of leads via applications and reduction of support through driving increased self-service.
  • Your background:

  • 3-5 years of experience from agency or business, where it has been a key focus point to work as a data analyst with focus on optimization.
  • You are an expert user in web analytics tools in general, and familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target Adobe Audience Manager is considered a plus.
  • Professional user of Excel, R, or similar.
  • You consider yourself well-verse in conversion rate optimization and generally finding ways to improve customer experiences and generate online sales.
  • From a technical point of view, you are familiar with Tag management, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and HTTP debuggers, as well as a general understanding of SEO and Display advertising.
  • You are familiar with working agile, or have a strong willingness to learn.
  • You are fluent in either Danish or Finnish, and English, verbal and written (professional level).
