In 2021 we were named the fastest-growing company in Denmark, we’re a scale-up of 350 people and we’re all about yarn! About half of our talented workforce run our warehouse, working day and evening to make sure customers all over the world receive their orders, correctly and at lightning speed.

 

We have no plans to slow down, but we wanna continue delivering outstanding service while we grow like crazy. This is where you come in! To set up solid workforce processes and KPI’s that are fit for the future and help build the coolest yarn company in the world, we need a Workforce Manager. 

 

Your role sits right in the heart of Hobbii with interactions with lots of different teams and people who work together like clockwork. One moment you’ll be chatting with our diverse and awesome warehouse workers, the next you will be in a management meeting and then you might reach out to let People & Culture know what you need.

 

 

Would you like to

  • Take charge of our Warehouse workforce schedule; daily, weekly and monthly planning shifts for our 150+ warehouse workers
  • Work closely with our Warehouse Management & Leaders to meet our production needs  
  • Structure hiring flows and optimize how we staff our warehouse (the recruiting process itself is mostly taken care of by our fantastic People & Culture team)
  • Create forecasts for recruitment needs and employee lifecycles
  • Optimize how we run our workforce operations and set up the most optimal workforce 

 

The nitty-gritty skills needed

  • You have experience with coordinating staffing needs, supply chains or similar
  • You know Logistics and have experience from Warehouse operations
  • You have a strong planning gene - and see it as the greatest victory when everything falls into place
  • You love to work with numbers and are strong in using planning tools (we use Planday and Excel) 
  • Getting along with everyone seems natural to you - you’re a great networker, and you want to know everyone's name
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. Danish is nice to have, but not a must. And if you speak additional languages, we’ll just clap our hands.
