We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications Manager with a strong focus on sustainability to join our team. Say hi to your new team

The Group Communications team consist of six communications professionals located in our new head office – a brand new sustainable building in Nordhavn. The team is working closely together on various communications projects, and we work with colleagues across our main markets such as the US, Europe, UK, Mexico, and China.

Position overview

Your key tasks would include developing and communicating corporate narratives about the company across all channels here among writing content for our financial reports, press releases, digital media and many more. You will also participate in the work with developing and implementing the new communications strategy and Nilfisk’s new purpose.

Current and future expectations

In the coming year Nilfisk will be working with implementing the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) in the Annual Report . It will be a communications priority to work closely with our finance and sustainability teams in delivering on our reporting requirements.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to

• Write compelling content for communications assets such as financial reports, press releases, core narratives, scripts, presentations, and videos
• Work with our international PR agencies to create awareness of Nilfisk corporate brand
• Work with internal stakeholders to define relevant topics to drive thought leadership for Nilfisk
• Project manage financial reports and other communications projects from brief to delivery (temporarily)
• Managing, maintaining, and improving the investor area on Nilfisk’s website (temporarily).

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have around years of experience working with communication with a minimum of 2 years from another communications department, including:  

• Excellent copy writing skills in English and Danish
• Strong project management experience
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Experience or a strong interest in working with sustainability
• Experience using PowerPoint will be considered a strength
• A degree in communication, journalism or the like.
