The position 
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Project Manager to help accelerate our professional usage of process automation technologies, data analytics, and visualisation in our manufacturing processes. 

 

You will be part of a newly established team, primarily working with the Microsoft Power Platform suit, Alteryx, Tableau and PowerBI and your key effort will be to prioritize, plan and lead incoming projects, while collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. 

 

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Set direction for which solutions to be build and when and ensure delivery according to commitments

  • Prioritize and maintain the backlog of initiatives and projects

  • Work closely with business users to understand their needs and requirements and translate that into actionable tasks for the development team   

  • Together with our Tech Lead, set the direction for how we operate in an Agile and efficient manner

 

Moreover, you will act as the one point of entry to our Process Digitalisation team, working with a broad range of business stakeholders, in close coordination with other Product/Project Managers within our department and finally will create and facilitate “Community of Practise” to share best practices with “citizen developers” across our SVP area. 

 

Please note our team will be moving to site Taastrup from September 2024. 


Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has solid experience with project management, agile development methodologies, defining product requirements, creating user stories, backlog management, and prioritization techniques.

 

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field

  • Several years of proven experience working as Project Manager, Product Owner/Manager, or similar

  • Strong knowledge of automation methodologies, preferably within the Microsoft Power Platform

  • Full English proficiency, and preferably Danish knowledge as well

 

Business acumen and work experience within manufacturing/pharma/supply chain processes will be an advantage as well as familiarity with compliance and security requirements for automation solutions in regulated industries, such as pharma, healthcare or finance. 

 

You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the department 
The position is anchored in Manufacturing Tech & Innovation (MT&I) within Emerging Technologies, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing and analytical approach by creating fully automatised, data driven, and continuous digital processes. The MT&I team currently consist of ~ 50 highly skilled and diverse colleagues with different scientific backgrounds, working within Manufacturing Intelligence, Process Digitalisation, Robotics, and New Tech & Extended Reality.
 
The Process Digitalisation unit has recently been established, currently consisting of 7 employees. With the rapid advancement within low-code platforms, data, and analytics, we continue to bring in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest techniques and software to draw greater insights and future predictions from the data and thus making a significant impact on how we manage the future manufacturing operation.
