What will you do with us?

• Like a good director, you always keep an eyeon the goals of your teams - you organize and moderate the Scrummeetings and support the Scrum team in tracking the resultingobjectives
• Our team continues to developwith you; you identify and remove impediments and demotivatingfactors together with the product owner and team leaders, supportand coach the team to work independently
• Aclear direction and focus are important to you? You support theproduct owner in managing and maintaining the product backlog
• Enabling instead of prescribing: With thehelp of your packed method suitcase, you support us in furtherdevelopment - interactive moderation, visualization, conflictmanagement and methods for decision-making are your tools
• Are you passionate about organizationaldevelopment? You drive the further development of collaborationwith the surrounding organization (e.g. management, stakeholders,other development teams) and optimize the agile methodologytogether with other Scrum Masters in the organization
• A problem arises? Your job is clear: earlyidentification of potential obstacles at an organizational and/orprocess level and their elimination or escalation

Why are you right for us?

• You have several years of professionalexperience as an Agile / Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally incomplex environments with several interacting teams: this is agreat foundation to build on!
• Do you havecertification as a Scrum Master (e.g. Scrum.org) or comparableagile frameworks and methods? What else can you say other than"Great!"
• Agile development and comprehensivemethodological expertise as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master are notnew territory for you? Precision landing!
• Have you already gained practical work experience in the area ofSAP Business Technology Platform? That's perfect!
