Job description:

Our client is executing on the Card Simplification strategy aiming to create a foundation for the next generation card payments. The objective is to provide our customers with effective and efficient means to do and manage their card payments. The Card Simplification Programme (CSP) is a Nordic initiative engaging people in both Business and Technology within both our client and Partners.

The scope of CSP is to introduce a common Card Management solution, transform into one common operating model, build the target solution and migrate debit- and credit card portfolios from today’s legacy to the new card management solution. The future solution will speed up time to market, reduce costs and operational risk and smoothen the customer journey.

CSP is looking to further expand our Scheme management capacity with focus on BIN management. As a member of a Card Transition Team you will be the One Point of Entry between our client and the Schemes (Visa and Mastercard).
The work consists of planning, stakeholder management, defining business requirements based on the CSP Target Solution towards the Schemes in close collaboration with the Capability Leads in the Transition Team. We expect you to have a wide understanding of the end-to-end Cards processing, with expertise in transaction and authorization flow from BIN to account range level.

You will be reporting into Card Transition Leads and have associate Scheme Project Drivers to coordinate with. Your location could be in any of the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities:
• Interaction and alignment with our client´s internal processes like Financial flow, Token management, clearing & settlement, test management etc.
• Define business requirement for configuration of the target solution set up
• Prepare technical forms toward schemes based on business requirements
• Plan, co-ordinate and drive projects with the relevant Scheme

Must-have competencies:
• years’ experience in Card payments domain (preferably cards issuing from the business/product side)
• Holistic understanding of card related business functionality and requirements and a good understanding of the whole cards processing value chain
• Experience from Nordic/international projects
• Ability to understand both IT and Business and to be able to interact in both domains

Location : Taastrup, hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
