The Position

Within Product Supply Emerging Technologies (ET), we are looking for a talented professional, to join our recently established Business Integration unit, and head up specific work streams within our M&A integration process to ensure business continuity and integration of new manufacturing facilities into the NN supply network.

Within our Integrations you report to the Integration Management leadership team which is a shared responsibility between the local SVP area and our colleagues in the central Business Integration function. You will work alongside several other work stream project leads composing the full integration program.

You will be part of the ET Business Integration unit and assist in maturing our overall M&A integration capabilities, in collaboration with Corporate Development, PSQIT Business Integration and the functional areas of ET.

About the Department

You will join the ET Business Integration department referring to the Director of the area (hiring process ongoing). We are responsible for due diligence and integration of brownfield carve-out acquisitions within Novo Nordisk’s emerging technologies. You will join a team of very experienced senior project managers and project directors with experience from both pharma production and M&A activities. We collaborate closely with stakeholders in the local production areas and central business development functions.
