Key Responsibilities
: Build and manage specific work streams within the M&A integration process, not limited to manufacturing, site upgrades, sourcing & supply chain, quality & regulatory compliance and IT. Develop and execute integration plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives and timelines of the Integration Management Office. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of integration activities, resolve issues, and achieve key deliverables. Monitor and report on the progress of integration work streams, addressing risks and issues, and providing regular updates to the IMO. The ideal candidate will have most of the following skills and experiences: Experience from high complex project management working across multiple areas of the value chain. Stakeholder management: Leading complex work packages while functioning as point of contact to target site and the IMO. Experience from a pharmaceutical manufacturing context. Experience in leading M&A integration work streams, with an understanding of integration principles and processes. Full English proficiency. As this is a global role due to our global presence, you should be ready to travel to our global sites (approximately 20 days a year). About the Department You will join the ET Business Integration department referring to the Director of the area (hiring process ongoing). We are responsible for due diligence and integration of brownfield carve-out acquisitions within Novo Nordisk’s emerging technologies. You will join a team of very experienced senior project managers and project directors with experience from both pharma production and M&A activities.
