We are looking for a Technical Project Manager joining the LCS Module in our Technology organization. You will become part of a team responsible for developing new technologies, acting as LCS focal points for fleet performance activities, and designing our next generation of wind turbines. For your project you will get the end-to-end responsibility for all deliverables within the LCS disciplines Loads, Control, CMS & Protection Systems, Sensors and Actuators and Noise supported by the technical experts in your project team. You will join a team of experienced project managers in the LCS Module Management department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Managing time, cost, quality of the project
Responsible for all LCS module project deliverables in accordance with SGRE processes except Turbine Software
Lead the LCS project team and act as main interface between Turbine Platform organization and the module
Resource planning and alignment with LCS Management
Status and risk reporting to all relevant stakeholders
Technical cross-functional coordination (within LCS and cross modules)

A candidate with proven project management experience
Engineering degree and 5 years + relevant work experience
Preferrable background in the wind turbine design environment, especially in the LCS disciplines, but not a must
Capability to coordinate technology projects within a multinational matrix organization
Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in written
Energetic self-driven, pro-active and outgoing team player
