As an Account Manager, with a diligent focus on post-sales activities, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth for our clients. You will be at the forefront of implementing strategies that ensure the development and growth of our client accounts by being a strategic partner who understands the intricacies of each client and can tailor solutions to help them succeed.

We are seeking a talented colleague with a strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, as you will be stepping into a new role within a new team. Your key responsibilities:‍

As an Account Manager, your role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Serve as our client's primary point of contact, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Solution Engineers to understand clients' evolving needs and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Work across departments to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to existing clients, highlighting the value of additional products or services
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our product and services, identifying areas for improvement and expansion
  • Proactively identify opportunities by leveraging industry trends, market insights, and client feedback
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team on contract renewals and negotiate favorable terms for clients


Who are you?:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role selling a complex software product
  • Experience with post-sales activities, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to effectively manage and track account activities
  • Experience or knowledge in the retail industry, including emerging trends, challenges, and stakeholder understanding, is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • Have professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
