The Position
As an Advanced Equipment Supporter, you will be part of a tech support team that collaborates closely with the department's craftsmen and precision mechanics’ workshop. We are participating in projects that ensure stable and efficient production when the line is approved by the authorities.
As we are still in the start-up phase, your tasks will include implementation of a new maintenance strategy, process optimization, operation optimization, and documentation preparation.
Once the line is fully implemented, your focus will be on:
• Providing technical support to the line, including troubleshooting and problem-solving during stops and breakdowns.
• Handling technical deviations, change requests, validation, and implementation of improvements.
• Participating in ongoing evaluations of line maintenance and performance.

Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, chief engineering, or in a similar field.
• Extensive experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of automatic production lines, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, a systematic approach and a good understanding of quality.
• Experience with implementation of new equipment, including change requests, validations, and requirement specifications, would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
On a personal level, you are highly responsible and independent in problem-solving and planning. Having a proactive service mindset, excellent collaboration, and organization skills are essential in this role.

About the department
HAC Aseptic Filling line 5 is an isolator line that will replace our aging filling machines, which are being phased out. We are therefore entering an exciting future with new technology and processes. There is a focus on ensuring that the new filling line is ready for operation, including ensuring that equipment and processes run and function stably and optimally.
