Advanced EWM Business Analyst

The position  
As our new Advance business analyst, you will be a part of an existing infrastructure track, that handles a large portfolio of both small and large SAP EWM roll out projects. With your in-depth knowledge in the SAP area, you will support implementations within the programme in collaboration with all the tracks of different areas (IFP, API, FFEX, other expansions). 

Key Responsibilities

• In cooperation with implementation projects drive firewall requests supporting the SAP EWM functionality
• Support and contribute to the existing Change Management Process for both SAP ECC and SAP EWM in support of the overall programme
• Participate in SAP transport creation/handling
• Drive and coordinate the build of new SAP EWM systems with internal and external stakeholders
• Support and coordinate our external partners in requests and communication inside Novo Nordisk

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from Bagsværd, with the flexibility to work from home within our hybrid working model. The WareX programme is part of the global DD&IT organization with app. 700 dedicated people located in Denmark and across the globe, responsible for IT systems, services, and platforms in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications 
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience as with larger IT/SAP projects
• Expertise in S/4 HANA technology and/or SAP EWM implementation will be an added advantage
• Quality mindset and experience with GxP requirements
• Demonstrable interest and experience in IT Infrastructure 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with in- and external stakeholders

About the department
Manufacturing IT, within the Global IT Organisation, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. WareX is an agile delivery program anchored in DD&IT PS Supply Chain. The programme owns and govern SAP EWM across DD&IT and has a main objective to implement a combined EWM/ECC package for the sites part of the expansion journey and/or part of the migration roadmap for PAS-X.WareX will provide one standardized warehouse management solution across all Novo Nordisk production facilities.
