Maturing agility is an integral part of our digital, data, and IT strategy and value chain at Novo Nordisk. As a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence, our main focus in 2024/25 is to accelerate flow and enhance product understanding across Novo Nordisk, while fostering learning and addressing people- and leadership-related aspects. Our LACE service catalogue includes partnering with business, providing concise coaching packages, offering a robust training catalogue, and driving hypothesis-driven continuous improvements. You will join a highly skilled team of 9 people facilitating agile maturity, alongside 11 experienced Agile Coaches who support teams and scaled agile setups. We work in a hub & spoke setup in close collaboration with our spokes and Communities of Practice.
