The Position
As an Aseptic Production Supporter, you will be part of our stability team in Novo Nordisk Filling Line 91 and 92, contributing with systematic problem solving, ramp up the lines, coordinate between the Skilled Worker team and the Technical Support team. We participate in continuous improvements in production and manage systematic problem solving.
This is a unique chance to learn aseptic medicinal production from a holistic perspective. 
 

The main tasks will be to:

• Provide daily proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence.
• Make certain that we take the right actions and contain the problems we experience in the everyday.
• Write and update identified best practices in our new Helperly system.
• Focus on Ramp up the production.
• Working systematic with cLEAN.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of basic, process engineering and LEAN principles.
• Knowledge or experience with aseptic production is considered as a strong advantage.
• 2 or 3 Star in cLEAN is considered as a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English, Danish is a plus.

About the department
Our team is part of the Aseptic Production in Hillerød area that is part of our largest production complex in Novo Nordisk where we take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We rely on our stabile/well-run/best-in-class packaging department and our newly established high-tech and high-volume filling facility.
Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality GMP compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
