About the Job:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Board of Directors.
As our new colleague, you will play a key role in supporting the functioning of the board and ensuring effective communication among all members.
You will be a part of our Global Finance & Legal unit, with highly ambitious colleagues. The role is based in Saxo’s headquarter in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and other relevant documentation in a timely manner
Schedule and attend board meetings and accurately document minutes, decisions and actions taken
Maintain an organised system for board-related documents and ensure easy accessibility for board members
Assist in the preparation and distribution of board reports, presentations and other materials
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for board members when necessary
Manage the Board of Directors' annual wheel
Act as a facilitator between board members, senior executives and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-up on actions
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times
Provide administrative support to the Board Chair and other board members when necessary
Assist with other relevant and ad hoc legal tasks
Your profile
Join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation as a Secretary for the Board of Directors. We are looking for a proactive and adaptable colleague with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support – if that is you, then we would love to hear from you!
Moreover, we are looking for
Proven experience as a secretary or executive administrative/personal assistant, preferably in a board or executive-level environment
Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including note-taking and minute-writing abilities
Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook etc.) and virtual meeting platforms
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate across
Knowledge in using BoardVantage or similar platforms is an advantage but not a requirement
