Key responsibilities 重要职责 Administration Support to VP Responsible for calendar management and coordination for VP; Responsible for business travel management for VP; Support to VP to follow up team members’ completion of tasks; and meeting follow up as well.
Support to presentation slides preparation and necessary data collection; Responsible for department budget plan and daily control; Administration Support to Department Support to organization of team activities, such as team meeting, workshop, team building, training, etc.
Follow up on training status and send reminders as necessary Archive documentation, including but not limited to company files, board resolution, training record, memo, meeting minutes, etc Support to Strategy and Alliance team Support to data collection, data analysis, and documentation preparation for the teams’ daily work; Support to research on recent laws, regulations of pharmacy retail channel, etc.
Conduct preliminary review of contracts and projects’ documents Other relevant tasks Company chop management; Support VP to implement compliance standard and as a coordinator for compliance SOP implementation within CME Coordinate on Quality relevant issues in own dept.
Qualifications 任职资格 Bachelor degree, at least 1 year working experience Fluency in both written & spoken English Good communication, especially presentation skills Good computer skills – for Microsoft Excel and Power Point (preferred) Good follow up to tasks to ensure the completion of tasks Good time management to handle complex tasks We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
