Associate Change Training Partner

The position

You will be part of a digital transformation programme or project. You will be working on different digitalisation projects where you will be involved in: Making training need analysis Coaching subject matter experts around best practice for choosing the appropriate training method & how to best facilitate training Driving workshops around best practice for making videos, classroom/virtual training, PowerPoint slides, e-learnings, games etc Ensuring there are measures in place to test and validate trainees after completion of training and ensuring user adoption. You will report to the Director of RQ&C Change, Culture & Value Realisation Team, Rasmus Langmack, and you will team up with a project-dedicated Training Partner. Qualifications From a successful candidate, we expect the following competencies: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media, Learning, Education, Psychology, Science, Pharmacy or another relevant field You master Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams), and you are a true vizard creating visually appealing presentations, videos and articles that catch the interest of the audience Having experience with the agile methodology is a plus but not a requirement Ideally, you already have some experience in developing training and/or communication content – most importantly though is that you are curious and have a can-do attitude Some experience in using the Adobe Suite and Articulate is considered a plus You speak and write English fluently, as this is our company language.
